Women's Health Concerns Do Not Have To Be Ignored

Many of our patients tell us they are confused by all the information out there. One doctor says to go to pelvic floor physical therapy while the other says you don't need it. Your friends say, "Welcome to your new body" after having a baby, but you are wondering if this is normal. You feel awkward talking about your pain issues.

Our intention is to be a research-backed resource for women on pelvic health and menstrual cycles. We built a unique road where sex education meets expert hands-on pelvic Physical Therapy. We hope you leave here empowered to take control of your pelvic health, fertility, and your life.

"Dr. Mel helped me understand the coordination of my pelvic floor in my day-to-day life and my lifting life. My life doesn’t include “just in case” bathroom runs and I am successfully bringing my heavy lifts back up with proper pelvic floor coordination to not have an accident. It’s NOT normal to leak."
